Trying to understand a woman... (?!)

A few days ago, one of my workmate told me about a picture he'd seen. It illustrated a plane cockpit with plenty of controls which were to indicate how many various faces have women and men. For men there were only two: ON and OFF, and for women - the rest of buttons. I know that there are loads of similar pics on the Internet and so many stereotypes concerning women's complicated nature in comparison to the men's one. But... then he asked me how many different types of women I am. Hmm... I couldn't answer the question precisely, and maybe it's a proof that the picture of the plane cockpit is correct? So... how it's really going with us women? 

A friend in need is a friend indeed

Hi Guys! Today I want to write about something that is really valuable in our life, namely friendship. It seems that all human beings are created in such a way that they cannot exist without a companionship. It's like a must to have someone by our side. However, nowadays where we are occupied with loads of social network services, like for instance Facebook, and collect friends. It's not more than just adding other users as friends! But do they deserve to be called like that? Would they act as a really friend when we really needed them? That's certainly only a rhetorical question, because we all know that most of the "so-called" friends from social networks wouldn't even recognize us in the street!

Since centuries our world lives in the belief that every woman in order to go to bed must first love and be affiliated emotionally with her partner. Some of them are really controversial, like for example desire to lose weight or increase the self-esteem!

Acceptance and respect as a key to happiness in relationship?

At first, let me consider the issue of respect from a psychological perspective… So… a nearly centrury ago an American psychologist, Abraham Harold Maslow created a theory called by his name ”Maslow’s hierarchy of needs”. The hierarchy is well known being portrayed in the shape of a pyramid  with the largest, most fundamental levels of needs at the bottom and the need for self-actualization at the top. It clearly shows that all human beings possess a need to feel respected. This includes their need to have self-esteem and self-respect.This indicates how the need of respect is important in order to fulfill the people's overall emotional evaluation of their own worth as self-esteem presents the typical human desire to be accepted and valued by others.

Love equals understanding

„We are typical, nearly statistical marriage, we love each other so much but sometimes we quarrel”.  I’ve heard this statement repeated like a commonsense plenty of times. Although, it’s obvious that sometimes life gets a pace we are not able to catch up, and it’s impossible to avoid a quarrel, we as women have to keep in mind not to cross the border. Most off us have the experience of saying too much and know that once our soul is hurt there is no retreat. I’m not writing a broken heart but hurt soul, because I believe that in a real relationship there exists much more than just heart.

Here I will share with you my own tips how to survive during autumn. First of all, I have to write that autumn is the most beautiful off all four seasons of the year. It is for me from a plenty of reasons but the most obvious is, as always, nature. Nature is amazing in all four seasons of the year, but autumn beats all other seasons with its beauty. I mean the colourful leaves, their rustle underfoot while we are walking down the park... It’s like a magic. At the same time, this particular season forces us to deal with several difficulties. I will write about my own methods to overcome them. 

There are several different conditions which have harmful effects on us during autumn. Most of us (mostly women) are unfortunately amenable to them. I will focus on the most important factor in our life, namely our health. When it comes to autumn, both types, physical and mental are exposed to risk.
